At Beacon Kits Central, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your kit, you can return it to us under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

Time Frame: You may return any item within 30 days of receipt.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Exclusions: Clearance items and custom-made kits are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@beaconkitscentral.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your return request and, if approved, will send you a Return Authorization number and instructions on where to send the returned items.

Pack Your Return: Safely pack the items in the original packaging and include any associated accessories or manuals.

Ship It Back: Send the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange an item, please follow the same procedure as for returns. Let us know in your initial contact that you would like an exchange, and specify the item you wish to receive in replacement.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue. We will cover all shipping costs for the return of defective or incorrect items.
